I literally just had my truck at my dealer for inspection and oil change and I asked about a sw update because I have other problems they refuse to fix until a new sw is available and they said there was not one yet. Now I am pissed off again.
I was told by my contact at Chrysler that I was dealing with regarding this and other problems that the sw would be ready in June, it is now October and still nothing. We are forgotten.

Well I have the UAQ and my dealer wanted to do the update to 22.5 as he said it should get it. They had it all day today and were unsuccessful at loading it. It went through and failed then when they tried again it crashed. Now I have to take it back in tomorrow. Really convenient.
