    This seems to be a popular theory. But consider the pathway an animal would have to take to get into the glovebox? Why go to all that trouble when there are multiple other places that are more easily accessible?

    No one placed the leaves in the glovebox. I was thinking maybe it's possible the leaves got into the glovebox when they were still somewhat green and pliable (not dried out and fragile.) Then they dry out with use of the Heating/AC system.

    The Continental TerrainContact or the Michelin Defenders. I didn't see the Cooper Discoverers you suggested, probably because as you indicated, they are exclusive to Walmart. I would consider the Falken Wildspeak AT3 if I could find some objective data on their noise and comfort level.
