    Yes and Yes. Same. I’ll pull the unit out tomorrow and see if there are any loose wires. Maybe reinstall my oem unit and see if air conditioning actually works

    I tried changing every setting. Nothing. Air conditioning says it’s ON but it’s really not. This thing has a mind of its own. Any way to refresh the air conditioning interface? Thanks.

    No recent dealer work. It worked fine until a few days ago....just got stuck on the ON position....now it says ON but nothing works. I tried resetting, I tried reinstalling old firmware.....nothing works. I think this happened once before and it got resolved on its own....but it’s been days now...

    Do you think the “microphone usb dongles” are worth the extra cost over the non microphone one? I’d really like to see if anyone can confirm the microphone works or not on the usb dongle.

    Thanks for the info. But I didn’t get it from Phoenix.....I got it from eBay June 2018. So since it’s not their unit, will their 7.1 upgrade board work in my unit? Can I always but my original 4.4 in if their 7.1 doesn’t work? Or will I destroy the unit lol....I’ll have a computer shop install...

    So what have you guys done to upgrade the 4.4 to 7.1? Did you initially buy your radio from Phoenix or someone else? What improvements have you noticed on 7.1 over 4.4? Does it boot up quick or same 30-40sec wait? Any issues ? Thanks
