You are a genius! So I went into the seat module and did a "clear all seat learned parameters". After I had a pucker moment since the memory quit working for everything... Even using the buttons on the side of the seat after being set. Standardization seemed like the next logical choice...
So they sent a new hub and same issue. The hub they sent is 68245484AD. Just doing some research I think my issue may be that for a 2018 I really need 68319680AD. Does anyone think that could be the issue?
So heard from Auto Tech....they said that they didn't program that feature in....so I can either send it back and let them do it or wait for my security bypass module and give the Alpha a try.
I am not sure...maybe a reset to default on the uconnect screen?
