2011 - 2017 upgrade

What's my best option for HID low Beams on my Stock projectors
I went with 4300K which OEM color. The first pair I put in my Ram were 5000K but had a blue/green hue to them. I have had close to a dozen different kits over the years and the color swings from different brands is all over the place. -

If the bulb is changing color like pink or purple it is a sign the bulb is starting to fail. -

AC never frosty cold since new!
My 2017 Sport is same thing from new. My 2009 Challenger is waaay colder as is my wifes 2005 Yukon. Sometimes I need to turn the a/c off then back on for it to work good on max a/c.- lowufo

Help with HID
Personally I would put some dielectric grease in there and then put a couple wraps of black electrical tape on problem solved. -
Vinyl Stripes.... DIY or Not?
If you DIY them do a wet application trying to do them dry is for the pros and even they mess them up and need to start over. -

Rule 8 big daddys house
No not the number of times you press the fob to start it. I mean how many you can start it with the fob before having to start it manually by putting fob in the ignition. Right now it is only two starts with fob then you need to go to truck and start it manually to reset it.- lowufo

LED or HID Bulbs??
Yep HID in lows and 9011 in the highs and LEDS in the fogs is the way to go. I have the same set up and it works really good. -
LED Fog Light Issue
I enabled that setting and installed some Hikari Leds today and they work perfectly. I did not try without making the change but I know the fogs can be difficult so just went ahead and made the change. -

Gotta say I am really impressed with this AlfaOBD /OBDLinkMX and what it can do. So far I have done the fog light drop out, global windows down, HID turned on, changed heated seat material type, led fog lights and I think that's it so far. Each thing was done one at a time and worked right away...- lowufo

Why buy running boards
I had them on my 2017 when I bought it new but took them off after the first year. The truck looks cleaner without them to me and they were a pain to clean and wash the bottom of the truck. Still have them buried in the shed but don't think I will ever put them back on.
