    Edge Pulsar owners

I'll be ordering one soon. I have a 2018 and started looking at these almost 2 years ago. At that time there were still some sporadic issues and figured I would be better off waiting. Now I can adjust the tire size as well it will work fine for what I want. I don't need crazy performance out of...

    Morimoto XB LED Headlights INSTALLED

Ended up getting a set. Figured i'd give it a try. Have the F150 ones from the early release and they have been perfect on the wife's truck. Anyway, the lights work fine and look good. Put out about the same light as my 35w GTS HID setup so no complaints. Only complaint is the passenger side...

    Putco blade install help

Same thing I did with mine. Stupid easy. The pitch lighter has a plug on the reverse wire. I have Led tail lights and didn't even have to cut the red wire that the instructions state you have to. Took longer to zip tie the wiring than install the light. One thing you'll need to do is know out...

    Bushwacker Flares

Reviving this to ask the OP how they are holding up. Been looking at these for my Reg Cab and that picture pushed me over the edge.

Can anybody explain how wheel spacers..

If you need them, as mentioned the hub centric adapters are the way to go. I know most say a proper offset wheel is the way to go but if you prefer say a stock wheel and just want to get it out a little farther, then the adapter is the way to go. As mentioned you need to keep up with them. Some...

    Fender flares

Here's a set I like the looks of. They can be painted. If your Ram is Brilliant Black (not sure of the colors on different years) they have them painted as well but they do cost $$$. https://www.bushwacker.com/bushwacker-50920-02-oe-style-fender-flares-front-and-rear

    Why buy running boards

Putting Amp steps on a 2wd Reg Cab this coming Friday. Why, because they make getting in easier as others have said. I am get in but I have to put my butt on the bolster and then slide in. Will probably lower my truck a little (1" front and 2" rear) and know they still will help. On the reg cab...

    Bed Utility Rail System

I have toyed with this. It's been discontinued but if you look around you can find it for a good price. My issue is I have the bed lights which is why they got rid of it. I wonder if I can make a bracket to resolve that. Would be handy for me and the things I do secure from time to time. Plus I...

    Runningboard mounts

Yup those "Hex Heads" are made for rivnuts which fit into them. Then it's just the bolt you need not the nut. If you do the rivnuts. I highly recommend using a proper rib=vnut tool to install them. Makes it a lot easier to do.

    Lowering 2016 RCSB 1500 R/T

Ok, I am resurrecting is old thread as this caught my eye. What t-bar is that you are using for the rear of your kayak. Been looking for that when we go camping and using my truck to pull the golf cart. Still want to bring the kayak.

    Morimoto XB LED Headlights INSTALLED

Did they indicate what the fix is? Different plastic, chrome bezels, etc.? Interested as I have the Ford ones on my wife's F150 and have been very happy with them.

Camper shell on regular cab night edition

Thanks for the info. I should’ve mentioned only cab high. Wasn’t so sure about the rack on the snug top either. I actually prefer the ARE more. Agree about color matched, wouldn’t do it any other way. I know about the cost and I will have several accessories if I do go that route. Lastly, I have...

Camper shell on regular cab night edition

So I am considering going the camper shell route. I have a 2018 night edition in granite crystal metallic. Essentially it’s an R/T with black trim and wheels instead of chrome. Anyway looking to see if anyone has done this on an R/T at all or even a night edition. Looking at the ARE Z cap or...

    Best aftermarket tow mirror option?

Just an FYI... 1aatuo and Trail Ridge are the same company. They will act like they are not but the parts ship from the same exact company address. I have the Ford mirrors on the wife's truck and they are perfectly fine. Several over there are pretty sure they are an OEM supplier that just...

    Morimoto XB LED Headlights INSTALLED

They had issues with the first set of Ford lights as well. I know I have a set on my wife's truck. Some had feedback with the radio (luckily I didn't get that) and some had poorly aimed lights (I did get that). I had to go out and adjust them. On the Ford ones you loosened the screws for the...

Diode Dynamics Fog Lights - Installed

Are these blinding to oncoming traffic? I looked at the Morimoto ones and I prefer the looks of these over the black trim.

    Under-hood lighting installed!

Pretty none of the 2018's got the plug for the underhood light. Dumb, especially when the padding under the hood has the hole for it.

    Morimoto headlights

I can say that the Ford guy above didn't aim his high beams. Out of the box they are way out of alignment and mine pointed about 10 feet on front of the truck. Aimed them up and they are very bright. Morimoto could do a lot better on communicating and they instructions but the lights are nice...

    Ram classic paint defect?

Had that on my '13 and have a small spot like that on the bed of my '18. It's a burn mark from buffing it at the factory. Claybar and then go over it with a swirl reducer with an orbital if possible. Will take it right out. I went a little more and wet sanded the one on my bed with 3000 grit...

    Morimoto headlights

I have the F150 ones in my wife's truck and they are pretty bright. That being said they are not as bright as HID lights but there is plenty of light for driving around at night. The biggest help is those are really focused with crisp cutoff's. The one thing I can say is make sure you spend the...

    Bouncing when towing travel trailer

This. I tow as well and a year ago bought a new travel trailer. Knew I was going to buy a new truck and since I have owned several Ram's I was going to buy another one. I actually gave up because the payload was so bad. I ended up buying an F150 for towing and set it up with E rated tires...

    Black plastic interior scuffs

Yup, been that way ever since the 2009's came out. Not sure why they used such a soft plastic. I have now had 3 4th gen Rams and every one of them did the same thing. Have to be really careful with stuff put inside.

    8 spd transmission Maintenance

The one local dealer here that is good recommends to change it at 60 to 70,000 miles. They have quoted me $600 when I asked. He said it's pretty straight forward to do but did mention about sucking all of the fluid out.

    Adding Tip Start?

Sorry I cannot help you. I thought all Rams that don't have keyless enter and go have tip start. I had a 2011 SLT with the 4.7 that had it. Friends 2013 tradesman dos too and that is a V6. You sure you don't have it? It literally is you tap the fox to start the truck and not have to hold it...
