3 quarts with 10k miles is not a big deal. Stop buying that super magic 20k oil and put regular synthetic in it and change it every 5k to 8k miles. I'd never let my truck go 20k miles without an oil change even with super duper oil.
Modern vehicles are sensitive to the battery condition, and driving around to charge a flat battery generally won't get it done. You need to put it on a 10 amp charger until it reads full and then switch over to 2 amps and let it charge overnight.
That lift is known throughout the industry to be an absolute pig. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of your problem is the tires that were ruined by that lift.
I prefer a quality cloth over leather any day. Leather seats typically don't last or stay nice looking as long as cloth, and cloth are more comfortable to me. Leather is hot in the summer and cold in the winter; whereas, cloth is more forgiving in those two things.

Very similarly equipped to my Big Horn, but I would delete the 12" inch screen with navigation for $2k. I love my 8.4" screen paired with Android Auto and use Waze instead.
