The 1500 has a smaller/lighter duty bar than the 2500/3500 series. While previously reported in this forum that the 2500/3500 uses M16 bolts torqued to 200lb/ft, THE 1500 SERIES USES M14 BOLTS TORQUED TO 114LB/FT. Over tightening an M14 bolt to 200lb/ft risks breaking it off. May also bind...
