2020 ram 1500 15.5 MPG with 87 14.1 mpg with 89 octane
2020 rm 1500 v8 Ran 89 octane in her and it dropped the MPG down to 14.1-14.5 AVG THis is about a 1 MPG difference since running the 87 I am unsure if there is any performance difference. At first the 89 seemed to improve performance but towards the bottom of the tank i feel like it...- Handy Smurf

Colorado Octane Ratings
I had an interesting conversation with Ram customer service today. They were helpful and got me a definitive answer but its going to cost me $0.30+ a gallon unless I move to a lower elevation. Colorado and other high altitude states have 85 octane regular vs just about everywhere else at 87...- LTLFTC
