0-60 times for everyone

Can someone with a CC 6'4" 5.7 4x4 post their time? I'm interested how much slower it is compared to QC...

I was well on my way to high 3's
when my trans decided it didn't want to play that game anymore
... that was just over 2 years ago.



10 RCSB 4x4 3.55 gears, 4WD launch
Ripp Supercharger 9 psi boost, dual nozzle Water/**** kit
JBA shorty headers, Magnaflow CatBack, 3000 stall TC
Ground Force 2/4 drop, 305/50R20 Grapplers

Even a custom built trans (twice) didn't help so I retired from the Drag Strip
Blower removed, water/**** disconnected, ...but it still runs 5 seconds flat N/A

I haven't decided to build up my spare trans and re-install the blower,
or if I should just sell it and throw the smart money on a dedicated track car (ScatPak) and a trailer.

The cams are running great. The fastest ever N/A 5.7 truck time is my personal regular cab with our cam, and the current fastest N/A 4th gen 5.7 crew cab is running 1 of our new cams as well. We have a handful on order and will be listing them on the website next week as soon as they come in.

When you swap out the cam do you have to do the heads also? And can you port the stock heads?

I am running ported stock heads, but it is not necessary with the cam. My mindset is that I would rather do it all while I have it apart.

Thanks wasn't sure. I have 14 QC fully loaded air suspension and all. Very heavy. 3.21 gears.

Mods are Moe's TB, Intake, Hemifever tune. Catch can. 180 stat.

I am going to take off clutch fan very soon.

Once someone has a proven cam kit. I will do that too. Just can't wait until the trans can be tuned.

If you read all of this post sorry for the repetitiveness but Matt is hoping to have some cams for sale here shortly so keep your eye open. That tested crew cab was movin pretty damn fast.

If you don't have a 4x4 you might think about changing rear end gears.

Such an old post but 2016 bighorn crew cab Trinity t2 87 tune with performance trans tune, afe cai and 50 series flow master muffler. I also have the pedal commander at sport/+3. 0-60 5.57. I am waiting to burn my 87 gas and install my Hemifever 93 with trans tune. Let you know.
