01 2500, speaker question

Hi everyone,
Im wondering what kind of speakers I can get for my 01 ram 2500. I have been told that the speakers have "mini amps" on them, but when researching replacements, they are just normal 6x9 speakers. Will these work as long as I wire them up correctly? Best buy has a good deal on these Pioneer 6x9 4 way speakers. And there are some more from best buy for the rear.
Anyways let me know, its my first time doing anything like this so I want to make sure it goes smoothly. Thanks

I am curious about this.

I am switching out radio for a double din.

The after market wiring harness doesn’t have the tweeter wires, which are in my A pillars.

I was thinking just swap out the door speakers, but those mini-amps have me worried. Can I remove the mini-amps and just put in new 3-way 6x9 s.
