07 Ram 1500 sxt Front Bumper

I,ve been searching and searching for some concrete info on the best way to remove my front Chrome bumper. My biggest concern i guess is do I have to remove the upper Black piece or will it remain in place. Any help will be appreciated.Thank You in advance.::
