Yup,it needs one even more then the Hemi does,in my opinion.
I used a Moroso can for a Ford,as i had it,and there isn't a 4.7 specific can available as far as i know.
But the Moroso Hemi catch can / Air/Oil seperator ,can probably be used as they do have a bracket that will let you bolt it to a fender

will you show me where the tubes go in. The only tube I see on my 10 is the hose connecting to the air intake.

I sold that truck 9 years ago,and those are the only pics i have of the catch can. Find the pcv and follow it.
