'15 Ram Laramie - Replacement Rubber

Good afternoon Ram Owners,
New member here and new owner of a used 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7 Hemi with 85K miles. I love the stock chrome 20's and am in need of replacement tires within the next month.

I have no lift, no leveling kit and my Ram is equipped with the multi level air suspension.
Can I put beefier tires on with out lift/leveling kit? Currently my Michelin's are 275/60 R20.

I put Cooper AT3 4S in stock size on my big horn with 0 issue.
