Ok guys and gals. I have been searching for weeks now for an answer to my little problem.
Last year the truck died on the way to church, was able to get it restarted enough to limp home. Long story short this is what has been done:
Full head overhaul on both heads, everything is new
Replaced 4 of the 8 coils, all plugs.
Replaced the PCM three times. yeah OUCH!
Replaced the engine wiring harness, and the under truck bed harness.
All new vacuum lines on engine.
Replaced the IAC.
Oh yeah a new fuel pump.

Truck runs really rough at idle, codes thrown are all wacky, the usual repeat offender is P0358, then P0356 and maybe P0351. Can clear codes and it idles great, give it a minute and they are back.
I have replaced those offending coils and i still get the codes.
The only thing I haven't done is physically check each connector to the coil for voltage on the lines.

Any and ALL help is greatly appreciated.
