Recently purchased a used 2005 with the 5.7. The previous owner replaced the head lamp housing with new OEM; however, they are pointing far left (~45-deg off of the front left bumper). I am aware of the vertical adjustment torx screw but these need to be adjusted to the right...badly. According to the service manual, there is no horizontal adjustment....but there absolutely has to be. The housing appears to be installed correctly and there is no body/frame damage, so that does not seem to be an issue. Suggestions?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Pull the bulb out and check the filament hasn't moved and make sure it's seated in the housing correctly.
You might want to check the part number of the headlight to make sure it's the correct one. It's possible the previous owner bought a RHD (Right Hand Drive) assembly not knowing the difference "found it cheap on eBay".
