You mean the white lights that illuminate the area behind you while you're in reverse?

Those are in the taillights. As long as they are the stock taillights they're in the white housing

Really.

My lights are stock but the light in the white section is just a turn signal.

I have no reversing lights on the truck.

After scaring the neighbour witless, I now put my hazards on when reversing.

Turn the key to the on position. Do not start motor!!
Put park brake on(a must)
Put shifter in reverse.
With door open.
Step to the rear of the truck and NOT behind it!!!
Look at the light in the white square and see if they’re shining a white light.
IF NOT then you either have a bulb out or the wiring has been changed or cut.
