I'm still recovering from Covid last year, but getting better now. I have a 2006 Ram 4x4 5.7l and and looking for info/feasibility about putting a STS rear twin turbo on it. 114k miles on it. Will the bottom end handle it? What kind of ecu mods will be necessary, what else is required? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Single yes, people have been doing that for literally almost decades now. Twins are probably a bit much on a stock bottom end (cast crank, high ring lands on non-forged pistons). Even if it did survive for awhile, the trans would probably show its displeasure fairly quickly. RFE's aren't enamored with large power increases.

STS is garbage and no one runs it. Anything is able to be turbocharged.
