2006 Ram 1500 Door Fitment Question

It has been a while since I have had a 3rd gen few questions trying to repair some damage on one I picked up recently.

1. will a single cab front drivers side door and fender fit a quad cab?
2.How much different Is a front door from lets say a 2003 before body style changed I know the insides/panel are not the same but other then that?

I believe that 2002-03 was a change over year
there were minor changes in 2006 to 2008

Heavy duty Ram sheet metal is the same as the 1500s, but a year behind
for instance in 2009 the 1500s came out with the 4th Gen body style
The Heavy Duty Rams made the change to 4th Gen in 2010
