2007 1500 Ram 4.7 starter clicking

Solenoid on starter just clicks. New battery, New Starter, cleaned terminals, ran a separate ground from battery to Starter. I've tried to locate a relay but no luck. Is this one of those need to buy complete TIPM? Could it be the starter switch?

Has the battery been load tested lately? That would be the first place I would look.

Did you put power directly to starter does it work? have had bad brand new starters more often then it should.

Apparently there is no one left that knows basic automotive stuff. Check the voltage at the starter terminals, if you have 12 volts, jump the terminals on the starter/solenoid, see if it spins over. If it spins solenoid is pooped. If you don't have 12 volts at the starter find out why.You can figure out a lot of stuff with a $10 multi-meter. Crap on a cracker, it really isn't that hard to track stuff down.
