Both front doors lock and unlock via the door lock switch and key fob, but the two rear door lock actuators attempt to lock but they hang up mid way through their up or down travel. Sometimes the door lock actuator will travel full stroke (up or down) and other times it's sluggish and wont lock or unlock.

I had a similar issue where the door wouldn't lock. One link wasn't connected.

When I installed dynamat, I had to disconnect everything. Believe I forgot to connect one link. Doubt it slipped out because the clips hold the links tight.

Pic is the lock for driver's side rear.

I've had this issue on my 2010.

Years back the drivers side rear door went and the door lock module was replaced under warranty. Now my passenger rear lock is acting up.

Guessing I'll have to replace the module on that door now. no longer under warranty.
