2010 2500 intermittently won't start. Nothing happens?

Hi All, my 2010 2500 won't start sometimes? Put the key in, turn, nothing happens. Silence! The dash lights up as normal, usual lights on prior to starting. Also discovered that the remote start is not working now. Going to presume this is related? Annoyingly, I had the truck towed to a garage and of course it started for them!

You need someone with a good scanner to scan it for codes remote start should work unless starter is bad or there is a code stored. Also when you put key in juggle it around/push it up or down not uncommon for ignition to wear out.
