I just had a rear end swapped under my truck after the previous one began to fail. Replaced it with a junkyard pull that only had 60 something thousand miles on it. Shortly after getting the truck back I noticed a pop/clunk when coming to stop and taking off, taking turns, and sometimes slowly rolling over rough spots e.g. uneven gas station entrances, my own driveway etc. I cant pinpoint the noise to the diff or anywhere because it's kinda hard to stay under there with the truck moving lol. Any help is welcome or ideas on where to look.
Edit- trick also does it shifting into reverse sometimes. Also read about lubing drive shaft splines so naturally I went outside and pulled the shaft and some transfer case fluid spilled out when I pulled the shaft from the tail cone which I'm assuming isn't normal
