2011 ram hvac control sync

My 2011 Ram 1500 st hvac controls are not synced with the actuators. When I move the control knob to blow air out of dash vent, air comes out somewhere else. Turn it to floor it comes out another place. How can I sync the control with the actuators so the controls are working properly?

start watching around 1:50 that is how you reset the hvac have done it few times on mine after replacing accuators.
