2011 SLt leather/heated seat issues

Hey all, sorry I know this post has been beaten to death but I’m not sure what I’m missing…
I had the cloth crappy slt manual seats and found a nice set of Laramie‘s.
Figured why not! Nice leather power and heat.
Added the trim and control buttons on the dash(light up with lights but not when pushed)
I have flashed the computer with alfaobd but it’s still not seeing the hsm(heated seat module)
My question is , am I missing a wiring harness or something?
Any help or direction will be greatly appreciated.

Did you make both of these settings with AlfaOBD? Thats all I needed to do to mine

Car configuration change: Vehicle Config 1: Heated Seats Present: ' NOT SET ' -> 'SET'
Car configuration change: Cabin Network: HSM Heated Seat Module: ' NOT SET ' -> 'SET"

Yes changed both to set and got nothing.. also tried to connect to heated seat module and had failed attempts (like tried to force them on) curious if my harness at the seat is missing it

It's possible the wiring isn't there, but if you had the plug for the switches in the dash I'd think the rest of the harness was also there. What year truck are the seats out of? Pretty sure the module changed somewhere around the 2012 - 2013 model year. There's quite a few posts on here on guys swapping seats, but do a search for "seats" posted by member onsale, he has several good write ups on swapping them into his 2012

Ya I made sure it was year for year. Or so I was told… same harnesses so was plug and play for the power (which I didn’t have before) but I didn’t have to enable the power in Alfa for them to work( I did anyway)
