My manual shows 130ft/lb for the cones and 140ft/lb for the flange. Any ideas to the accuracy of this?

I got my recall notice in yesterday's mail. According to the woodtv link that AJNY posted above "The recall covers certain 2012 through 2021 Ram 3500 heavy-duty pickups, and Ram 4500 and 5500 cab-chassis vehicles, mainly in North America. The trucks have dual rear wheels and flanged lug nuts.
"Since I have a 2019, my recall notice says "a defect exists in certain 2019 RAM 3500 trucks" and "flanged wheel lug nuts on your vehicle may have been over-torqued during service." Additionally, my Notice says: "We are making every effort to finalize the remedy as a quickly as possible, and will service your vehicle free of charge (parts & labor)."
"FCA US will contact you again, by mail, with a follow up recall notice when the remedy is available."
