2012 headlights

My newly acquired 2012 SLT with only 46,000 miles has the worst headlights of any vehicle I have owned. The lights on my 2000 F150 were FAR better at 18 years of age. Is this normal, the lens look like new with no fogging. What are your thoughts on Ram headlights?

Nobody really likes them ... They suck ... Probably 20 or more threads on replacing them ... I have a 2012 as well, and I put Philips Crystal Vision bulbs in right away ... It helped, but still sucks ... I’m going to try LED’s from Vanquish Auto for my lows and fogs next

If you have the quad headlights, you can try H9's in the lows and 9011 HIR's in the highs, then put the high bulbs in the fogs if you have them. For about $30 works fine

The quads are better than the duals, but still not great. The the brigher bulbs help a lot, but I'm going LEDs when the new headlights go in.
