2012 Ram backup camera plug

I have a 2012 Dodge Ram Laramie 1500. I am swapping out the radio and the units I am looking at have a RCA plug for the camera, but I pulled the OEM radio and the plug does not look like a standard RCA plug for the backup camera. Can I cut the current plug off going to the backup camera and put on a standard female RCA plug?
