My resolve to the backup camera was to remove the radio bezel. Disconnect the 20 pin plug on the back of the radio module. Take a toothbrush and clean the surface of the 20 pin molecule connector. Then brush the 20 pins on the radio module. Reassemble and check out. I can’t guarantee it will work for you but it worked for me.

Most electrical problems are contact problems. Electrical Spray Cleaner and compressed air goes a long ways in solving annoying electrical problems. It should be first as it is the easiest.
