2012 RAM OEM trailer Brake Controller type

I have a '12 Ram 1500 that currently has a Reese Towpower brake controller installed. Thinking about changing it out for an OEM style trailer brake controller. My question is, is the OEM brake controller a "Time-Delayed Brake Controller" or a "Proportional Brake Controller" style. I much prefer the Proportional setup.

The OEM brake controllers are proportional, and quite good.
