Hi everyone, I am looking to put the Bilsteins and KO2’s on my 16’ 1500 Laramie and keep the stock 20’s. I was hoping to see some pics if anyone has a similar setup. Thanks in advance!

I plan on putting the Bilstein’s at the 2.1” setting and running 285/65/r20’s

Nice ride! Did you put aftermarket control arms on as well? I was told by my 4x4 shop that I should.

No I didn’t ... Didn’t have any issues at 2.1”

Looks great! I have the same truck/color minus that beefy front bumper. How do the KO2’s ride/wear?

There are two different versions of the KO2 when you vet out of the factory sizes. The "DT" loses the snow rating, but picks up a 50k tread wear warranty, they are also an E rated tire with a stiffer sidewall. The factory sized BFG I had on before had about 40k on them and still looked like they had another 20-30 to go when I replaced them. I have put them on every 4x4 i have owned and never been disappointed. There is a little road noise, probably a little more noticeable with the wheel spacers getting them out from under the body a little and they do tend to pick up gravel. The ride is a bit rougher than a street tire, but we use this as the family truckster and it has made several trips from Houston to Tulsa and Houston to Disney in Florida with no complaints from the wife and kids.... Be prepared for a slight drop in MPG as they are a heavier tire.
