2014 17" wheel width and tire size

I have a 2014 1500 with stock 17" wheels. I am adding a leveling kit and a 3 in body lift. I want 35x12.5 tires. How wide is the stock 17 inch rim?? Would I be able to safely mount a 35x12.5 tire on it if it's only 7 inches wide?

I don't want to spend a ton on new wheels because tires are already gonna cost a ton. Any suggestions on a cheap but reliable 17x9 or 17x10 rim? Best source to buy from?

If you want to know manufacturers specs on what rim width theyre approved for, check their website.

Almost every rim is cheap in 17", just pick what you like.

Depending on what tire you want you can get a set of 17inch rims and 35s with new tpms for 1500-1600. I ordered mine from mr wheel deal, but I also recommend customwheeloffset.com.
Just depends how cheap you want to go.
