2014 Ram RF Hub

Our truck stopped running and the radio frequency hub needs to be replaced. The dealer’s service dept can’t locate the part anywhere in the US.

Anyone have any idea where I can search to locate the part?

Some people call the RF Hub the part that the key FOB is inserted into, in other words the Ignition Node


Other people call the RF Hub the electronic part that is behind the rear seat, hidden behind the insulation, attached to the rear of the cab, next to the drivers side cab vent


Do you know which of those it is ?
