I am writing this because I wasn't able to find much information when i was looking. For the guys who have a gen 4, 2500 with the 5.7L hemi, single outlet pipe on the passenger side that want to make your truck louder here is the info you need. Your pipe size is 3", 3" in and 3" out. You will need a offset in, offset out muffler. I personally went with flowmaster's Delta flow 44 and let me tell you it does sound good. Definitely noticenoti at idel, very noticeable when you get on it. It originally did have a drone on the freeway at 1500-1700 rpm. But after a month break in period the drone became much less noticeable. The muffler cost me $100 from summit racing and a local shop welded it on and added 18" of pipe for another $100. All in all the $200 was worth the investment.

I put a 3” flow master with clamps on mine and dumped under truck. I notice no difference in power just the sound. Total cost $90. Still has some drone hoping it goes away but if not oh well.
