2016 2500 5.7 rpm erratic from 2000rpm to 3000rpm

From take off till I hit 2000rpm it's great. Once I get over two grand it hesitates then when it reaches 3 grand it's great. I have taken it to the dealer got all recalls done told them about it but I don't think they test drove it. Any thoughts or simmisi experience

By hesitate do you mean it stutters or feels like its missing?
Or does it kinda feel like it falls flat, sandbags or reigns back power?

It feels more like a stuttering rpms go up and down. Once it hits 3 thousand it's great

If its an everytime in that RPM range take it back to dealer. They should be able to reproduce it. It could be any number of things, let theem spend the time to diagnose and try things. That is if its still under warranty.
