I’m looking at a 2016 ram 1500 crew cab 4x4 with 34k miles. It has navigation. Break controls. Tow mirrors and spray in bedliner. Has a hemi. They are asking 27900. Is this a good price or can I get it a little cheaper.

Probably about average in my area. I'd bet you could get them down 2-3k though.

Just 2 weeks ago got a 2016 Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 from Carmax with 27k miles for 25,999. A quick look at my old saved search for the above criteria shows several under 26k and even some under 25k.

Edit: My search was with a v6, not hemi

You might want to check the dealers on 2017 & 18's. They are clearing inventory and your payment might be about the same as a used 16 since you can get lower finance rates.

Have you checked local or regional prices via KBB.com or AutoTrader?

Prices vary from location to location, market to market so the price I could get one here for would be different for your area.

Good luck!

Last month I just picked up a 2016 2WD Big Horn with just over 20K miles - it has the tow mirrors and brake controls, but not the navigation. It was also a CPO, if you value that at all. I paid $25,*** for it. Never hurts to try and negotiate. As someone else mentioned it's worth looking at the 2018's also since they'll be clearing them out at this point. In my area (San Diego) I couldn't get it close enough to justify. Hope this helps.
