2018 DS - dash power cycles while driving

I went to reset my MPG average and the display was blank (also noticed the vehicle info page was blank). I started pressing the left/right arrows and it power cycled the entire dash. Was able to repeat it several times in a row. Anyone else witnessed this before? I have zero modifications to my dash or any electronics. Video below
