2019 Rebel E-Locker

Does the 2019 Rebel come standard with the E-Locker?

I do not see it as an option when I build one on the Ram site, and I do not see it listed in the summary.

My '19 Rebel came with E-lock as standard equipment. It wasn't listed on my build sheet at all, not as standard equipment or as a option.
