2021 1500 Classic Tradesman Passenger Mirror

My right side mirror (trailer package, heated, manual fold) needs repair - the glass itself vibrates while driving. The remote and heat still work, it generally stays in place (as set), but it is starting to vibrate more. I know there is a recall for the drivers mirror (but not passenger?!).

Any ideas on fix? Dealership asks $150 ‘diagnostic fee’ plus parts/labour costs.

Pop it off and check for a broken tab, that keeps it tight. There is a video on line;
