2021 6.4 sells like coolant ZERO leaks !

Anyone here have a 2021 6.4 hemi having a Coolant Smell / Loss of coolant, but ZERO leaks visible ?

I pressure tested coolant system- Cold and hot

Napa test kit 75500, no color change in the blue die.

Topped off coolant 3 qts 3 weeks ago and still have a coolant smell as if it's leaking.

66780 miles and dodge says Good Luck or bring it in for service

The overflow tanks are not well sealed. If you have a good sniffer, you can always smell coolant. If you tape off the opening to the overflow, I bet the smell goes away. Also, even the TINIEST leak or weep on a hose joint, that leaves no puddle and never shows up as reduced coolant, can cause a smell.

Recommend to have the cooling system and your rad cap pressure tested.
You could also put a tracer dye in the cooling system, run it for a bit, and then under black light with the correct goggles you can start looking for any weeping.

Welcome to the club. My 2021 pacifica also smells of coolant with only 20k miles. So did my 2014 RAM 3500 diesel truck. Wasnt loosing coolant from the over flow tank either from the look of it. But trust me there is a small leak somewhere. I think the OAT coolant they are using these days smells more than the older stuff.
