Hi All, I have a check engine for the auto air dam not working. Is there a way to bypass it and erase the code? Its not a cheap fix if it is the air dam or wire harness. It prevents me to use the remote start and causes the cooling fan to kick on constantly.

There was a recall on the air dams on the 1500s you need to check and see if yours is included in the recall my 2019 is but I haven’t done anything with it
So you need to check and see if your vehicle falls within that recall area and if it does, then it gets fixed under a TSB issue

OP: ADDED: This is for my 2019: U would have to see if there is any added TSB's to cover your year:
