I have been looking to upgrade my wheels on my 2021 Ram Warlock.

I have tried looking through threads, could I stick with the stock 275/60R20 tires and get a 0 offset Rim to achieve a wider stance? Looking to have the tire stick out about half an inch or an inch. Or would I need a more aggressive offset or tire.

Thanks for the help. (New to the wheel game)

A 0mm offset rim would give you a bit more of a wider stance on the stock tire but not much. Stock offset on the OEM wheels is +19mm. So going to a 0mm wheel on the same tire would make them stick out about .75" more. See below for a better visualization.

Spacers or different wheels. I'd recommend different wheels. 0 offset is not going to give you want, you need -12 to achieve 1.2 inches +/-.. (19 +12)/25.4

So anything between 0 and -12 should work. But if you want exactly an inch you are looking for -6 offset.
