From the day I bought my Ram the 12' display did not work correctly.
The problems are:
1. would not connect to car play
2. station art work would not always display
3. it switched to Italian
4. shut off the the backup signal
5. the radio skips
6. it would lock up at the playlist would shut off vehicle, open the door and maybe it would fix it
I have had it back to the dealer 4 times, the last time they replaced the whole unit, it still doesn't work correctly. They at one point change the accessory battery also.
