Its not what you’re thinking

So one of my exhaust manifolds has been leaking ever since I’ve had it. I thought it was simply broken manifold bolts, but yesterday I looked up in there and it seems to be because there’s a dime-sized hole in the manifold right at cylinder 6. Of course I’d rather not put back on some crappy OEM manifolds so they can break again, so i thought about headers.

I’m not really sure what to do about it. Since the 3.7 is leaking oil like nobodys business, I’ll most likely be putting in a new V6 sometime in the next few years anyways. So since I’ve had this hole for years now, is it even worth fixing right now? Or should I just wait and if/when the time comes for engine replacement, slap on some headers or new manifolds then?

My main worry is if I try to install the headers on my current motor I’ll break a few manifold studs, which would completely negate installing the headers in the first place. The only 3.7 headers out there are JBA, and im not even sure if they’re still truly in production

They're not and they're not really worth it unless you intend to build a boost engine. If you do try to buy them, make sure the place you're trying to order from actually has them in stock.
