3.92 front diff/carrier

Besides Ebay, Craigslist and the like; does anyone know where one could procure a 3.92 front diff?

It will have to be for the "later" 4th Gen 1500s, I believe 2012/13 and up as there is a dimensional difference in the front carriers from the earlier 4th Gen models.

For reference my truck:

2014 Express HEMI, 4x4, 8 speed, Quad cab, long bed, 3.21 diffs

Any help is appreciated.

I have a transfer case and front driveshaft that came out of a '13 1500 Ram. 80,000 k on it.

Does it matter that the carrier is different since you're replacing the whole diff. I thought everything bolted up the same and guys who did lower gear swaps on newer trucks switched to the older style since the new ones have welded carriers and the older ones did not.
