I am looking at adding new rims and 35" AT tires. The problem that I keep running into is that there are tons of AT tires but because of the TPMS I need to run 80 PSI tires, and that selection is limited. I only tow a 4000lb boat and would like to run a normal 50-65psi tire but the damn tire pressure light would be on all the time. Also, the ride would be a bit better with the lower-pressure tires. Is there a way to override the dash pressure sensor?
I have a 2015 2500 4x4 with the Rough Country leveling kit.
Any suggestions, besides tape over the light.
Thanks

AlfaOBD can change the TPMS thresholds so you can run a lower pressure tire. Just stick with the proper load rated tire though.
