I believe this is somehow government regulated or something because it seems like most are governed from factory. Dodge must figure if you can afford 48k you can afford a tuner. That way there are also no insane test drives where the dealer makes the news for an incedent.

Seen one today (Blue with white stripe) as well in the local showroom and was impressed by the mostly white leather with some blue at the bolsters and 392 stitched in it but was scared to look at the price, prolly 58-60K CAD.
