3rd Gen Under hood light

I want to add underhood light. Have a few questions about it.
Looked at service manual and it shows a wire for it does any one know where to find the plug to connect the wire harness to? Looks like part number 68090861AA, is the correct add on harness for the light.

Was the light factory installed on left or right side?
Was it included on any of the trim levels of 2003?

56021441 is the underhood lamp itself
56051115AA is the jumper wire

Where does the jumper wire connect to?

I found the connector just could not tell it was the right connector because it had a dummy male connector plug in so it did not look right.
