You use stock shocks and springs on the front only the rear they use drop springs and shorter shocks.

Just installed my 5/7 kit on my 2013 Ram Rt was wondering is there anything I can do so my front bumper won’t hit a lot?

What are the specs on your wheels and tires? Sounds like you’re going to have to do some trimming.
