4.7 hemi out of a Durango making a horrible noise at rev

Hello, I’m typically on the 4th Gen site, but my brother in law has a 2005 Durango with the 4.7 V8. It’s making a horrible noise at about 2700 rpms. Power is lower than normal. I originally thought it was the CAT but the noise appears to be coming from somewhere else. Any help would be appreciated. Truck has 198,000 on the clock.

As I understand it, the older 4.7 motors have timing chain failures when they get that many miles on them.
